Sliding Fee Discount Program
We are committed to providing quality care for all members of our community. Patients who are uninsured or under-insured may qualify for discounts for medical, dental, and pharmacy services from Moses Lake Community Health Center.
Eligibility is based on family size and income; you are eligible even if you have insurance. Applicants must provide our Eligibility staff with documentation of their most recent two months of income in the form of pay stubs, unemployment vouchers, or a tax return. Ask to speak with an Eligibility staff member for assistance.
